RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You can return or exchange unworn, unwashed and unused items in the original packaging and tags attached within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
Please e-mail us at email@example.com with your order number, items to return, and reason for return to alert us that your return is on its way.
Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your full purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping. For orders more than $75, we suggest shipping with a tracking number.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If there are any physical defects with your purchase, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org within one week of receiving the item. Please include your order number, a description of the defect, and a photo. In the case an item was faulty or damaged, the client will be reimbursed for the return shipping charges.
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchange. Sale items are non-refundable. For hygienic purposes, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
